Bethan is a paralegal in the private client team at Bower Bailey’s Oxford office. She has worked as a private client paralegal since 2015. Bethan has experience in preparing simple Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney. Additionally, she has administered estates, assisted in the administration of trusts and assisted professional attorneys in carrying out their duties when appointed under Lasting Powers of Attorney.
Since joining Bower Bailey in 2022, Bethan’s main role is meeting clients to prepare simple Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney and aiding with some elements of estate and trust administration.
